Official Rules
Eligibility
Participants must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be legally eligible to own and possess a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Complete all required background checks through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (“FFL”)
Void where prohibited by law.
Firearm Transfer
The firearm prize will only be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer in accordance with all federal and state firearm laws.
Winner is responsible for:
- completing ATF paperwork,
- passing all required background checks,
- and complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
If the winner:
- fails a background check,
- cannot legally possess the firearm,
- refuses transfer requirements,
- or resides in a jurisdiction where the firearm cannot legally be transferred,
then Send A Vet Foundation reserves the right to:
- substitute an alternate prize of equal or comparable value,
- or award a cash alternative where legally permitted.
Drawing
Winner will be selected at random on July 4.
Odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold.
Use of Proceeds
Net proceeds support the Team Room 2 Timber program.
Tax Responsibility
Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance.
No Refunds
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Send A Vet Foundation, its officers, directors, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the raffle or acceptance/use of the prize.
